We currently have a vacancy for a Production Manager Live Events to join the CT Ireland team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our client accounts, interpreting client requirements and translating them into quotations, creating accurate and comprehensive technical briefs for live events, managing live events onsite when required, taking ownership of the delivery and execution of the technical components of live events and managing the budgeting of live events and controlling the project costs.

Live Technician

We currently have a vacancy for a Live Technician to join the CT Ireland team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating and de-rigging AV equipment, liaising with our clients at Live events, preparing, building and dismantling LED screens, demonstrate flexibility and mobility consistent with the needs of the business, be responsible for the safe keeping of equipment and vehicles that has been allocated to them for carrying out their duties and any other ad-hoc duties associated with the function of your position.

Warehouse Operative

We currently have a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative within the CT Ireland team. Support Engineer

We currently have a vacancy for a Support Engineer within the CT Ireland team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to all customers of CT Ireland as determined by the support service desk, log and respond to tickets using Enterpryze ticketing system, track and record details of all activities performed as part of a service ticket, work with the Design, Install and Sales Teams on system designs, providing product advise or peer reviews, review the Functional Spec documents from installations with the SI install team, assist the SI install team on engineering requirements on SI projects, provide level 2 escalation support on tickets where required and provide on call support to Broadcast clients. Depending on the role tasks may also include;

  • Designing and installing audio and visual circuits, hardware and software, and broadcast systems
  • Establishing audio and visual links between different units or for outside broadcasts
  • Servicing and testing equipment
  • Responding to technical faults and repairing them swiftly
  • Designing custom-made electronic solutions to meet the requirements of colleagues and customers.

On-site AV Support Technician

We have an exciting new opportunity for an AV Technician to join our CT Ireland team. The role is full-time and based in Dublin. Reporting to the Operations Manager for SI and MS, the AV technician will be responsible for supporting our client on all things AV including live events, video conferencing, video production etc. This will involve manual handling of which training will be provided. Core working hours will be standard business hours with flexibility required for occasional weekend work. You may also be required to travel to other satellite offices within the Dublin area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Live on-site event support including sound, vision, lighting, and staging.
  • Deliver Virtual Events with Microsoft Teams & Microsoft 365 and other live streaming software
  • Live video production and post-production
  • Deliver structured user training
  • Regular liaising with clients to deliver a first-class service
  • Management and regular maintenance of both installed and portable AV equipment
  • IT Support
  • Document management including PPM’s, RMA’s, risk assessments, and method statements
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other teams and vendors on-site
  • Keeping up to date with new technologies and implementing these into current workflow and systems

Project Manager

We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager within CT Ireland. Although CT Ireland is based in Dublin, projects are carried out across the country. The successful Project Manager will take full scope and oversee the projects assigned to them. They will be working with a wider team in the project office including administration, design and install teams. Duties will involve managing and co-ordinating subcontractors, assist with project scheduling, costs, and procurement, create project plans and delegate work for the project installers and engineers, document and create reports for senior management, oversee H&S plans, participate in frequent internal meetings with colleagues, managers and account managers regarding account status and ongoing issues, as well as maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, and colleagues. This includes, but is not limited to:

Installation Technician

We currently have a vacancy for a Broadcast / AV Installation Technician within CT Ireland. The successful candidate will install and configure collaboration system solutions per statement of work (rack equipment, broadcast equipment TV, flat panel, audio solutions, video wall, and video conferencing solutions), termination and wiring of installations into racks, furniture etc. (coax, network, audio, D-type, soldering etc.), participate in frequent internal meetings with colleagues, managers and account managers regarding account status and ongoing issues and maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, and colleagues.
