Pål Espen Johannesen: Winner of The Keith Andrews Award 2022!

In 2017 NEPs Chief Operating Officer, Keith Andrews passed away unexpectedly, and an award was created in his honour; Keith Andrews Award. This award symbolises Keith’s legacy, which lives on through our work and dedication to each other.  

Each year NEPs senior leaders nominate an employee from their business who exemplifies our core values; Do Right, Embrace the Possible, Be Fearless, 1+1=3 og Deliver the Wow. Our Global Honoree is selected from this group by the NEP Executive Team. 

In 2022 there were two winners, our own Pål Espen Johannesen being one of them!

President of Creative Technology Northern Europe, Patrik Dejve, says the following in the nomination of Pål Espen:

“Creative Technology Northern Europe selects our very dear and longstanding team-member Pål Espen Johannessen. Pål Espen has been with us since 2013 when the business he co-founded was acquired by our business. Since then, he has delivered some of the most complex projects that we have ever undertaken.   

Pål Espen consistently delivers high-quality, sound financial projects and keeps his team happy and challenged. He embodies our Values through everything he undertakes – from project planning and supporting our customers in the initial process through the final execution, ensuring thousands of audience members experience truly magical moments.   

He is a straight-forward, go-to guy who always offer advice, support and is ready to assist his colleagues on any project no matter the size or complexity. He continues to lead by example and his unwavering commitment to the company, his colleagues and our projects sets a standard to which we all should hold ourselves.”

We would also like to share some words from our Norwegian CEO, Jan-Inge Ingebrigtsen:
