SPHERE 2022 UNCONFERENCE

Last week we had a special opportunity to be part of the creating a unique stage and demo area for the SPHERE 2022 hybrid event at Tanssin talo, Helsinki. WithSecure’s “unconference” connects cybersecurity professionals to an engaging and inspiring event where our team delivered the stage and other event technology. Streaming of the unconference was conveniently done via CT’s self-developed tecViz Live platform.

The technical entity was planned together with our client Tapaus’s technical planning team and the leaders of CT’s audio-, light- and video departments. The unique shape and visual look of the stage was designed by Tapaus, that was also responsible for the production and content of the event.

After three days of preparing the event technology in our warehouse in Vantaa, we started building the event with the construction of the X-shaped dome stage. When the stage was ready, our projection specialists were able to align and adjust the projectors together with Disguise’s media server operator.

The result was an impressive X-shaped, 10-meter-high and 23-meter-wide stage entity that included more than 300 square meters of projection surface. The PA system was created with d&b‘s speakers and the lighting with fixtures from the Martin product family.
