TIME & MATERIALS
Where SLA’s may not be suitable or cost-effective for a client, ad-hoc support can be offered in the form of on-site labour callouts and equipment/material sales to support the ongoing operational uptime of your system.

REMOTE ACCESS & MONITORING
Our remote access allows us to monitor the performance of the system and be proactive with any support to get things back up and running with minimum inconvenience and disruption. Our solution ensures our clients are always supported through expert technical assistance, rapid response times and reduced downtime.

AFTERSALES SUPPORT
CT have a dedicated and comprehensive aftersales service team that ensures your projects are serviced through the Defect Liability Period. We manage manufacturer warranty repairs and keep your project operational and maintained to the highest standard.
